Like many others, what starts out as the desire to lose weight or perhaps just some unsightly areas turns into a dieter’s nightmare… NOT SO! Actually, the word DIET turns us the wrong way. I found that with the proper training tips and a thorough look at the food that I consumed that I was able to be fit and trim. As a working mother and wife, my free time was limited as I didn’t have enough hours in a day to spend to obtain the body that I desired. After joining the gym and going for a couple of months (with little change) I felt it was time to do something different.

 

 

Max Muscle gave me an insight to the importance of good nutritional values. My eating habits changed by increasing my protein intake and lowering my carbohydrate intake. In 11 weeks I was able to drop my body fat to 12 %. I recruited the help of a professional trainer and started growing by leaps and bounds! The body building had now changed my life. I felt toner and trimmer as well as being physically stronger. The results speak for themselves as people stop me frequently to compliment me or just ask advice. It is NOT IMPOSSIBLE and the rewards are tremendous. Give it a shot, what do you have to lose (a couple of dress sizes?) Best of luck to you all.
