Norma McCormick has been
in the cleaning business for over 18 years, and is a Certified Master
Textile Cleaner in carpet cleaning through the Institute of Cleaning,
Restoration, and Inspection Certification (IICRC). She owns Guaranteed
Clean Carpet Systems and is well known throughout the region as
the professional expert in carpet cleaning solutions for residential
and commercial clients. Her additional company, Norma’s Fine
Oriental Rug Cleaning, specializes in the proper care of oriental
and specialty rugs.
Norma regularly teaches
rug owners about the proper techniques for oriental and specialty
